You need to understand how a Reilly abstraction lays on top of the figure. You need to find these lines on the figure and put them down accurately. Try tracing the Reilly abstraction on to a photo of the figure so that you know where you can find those lines. This should be a slow and methodical process at first, just take your time.

However none of this is of any use if you haven't trained your eyes how to see proportions and angles properly. Learn to copy. There's plenty of course and free content surrounding observational drawing and measuring.
