the /beg/ general is for everyone that is non-pro level, meaning the artist still cant get a consistent amount of drawing without flaws that beginners usually do, granted the draw thread is not pro level either but its still way better than /beg/

Instead of crying on an anonymous board try to use that academic brain of yours and use it to your advantage, there's tons of books that teach drawing in a technical manner, like scott robertson's how to draw which is really complex and deep in the subject of perspective.Since you like reading so much you can get in the artbook thread and start reading, but keep in mind that if you want to "get gud" you have to catch up, all of those "talented" 16-17 year olds you see everywhere have masive amounts of mileage in and piles of drawings or "doodles" behind them so you have to put lot more effort on deliberately practicing and drawing way more than reading.
for starters get in www.drawabox.com and start with basics of line quality, then when you have enough confidence keep doing them as warm ups and proceed with more complex concepts, like perspective and form, stop symbol drawing, construction, anatomy, composition, etc, etc.
theres enough concepts for a life time but the single most important one is just draw.
