>>Want to explain yourself.
Yes I'd be happy to.
I used a program called "BeRoEXEPacker" to shrink the file-size of the EXE from 10MB down to around 4MB.
This is free software you can download and try out yourself if you want. It's like Winrar, but specifically for EXE's.

This was a bad idea, as it turns out Malwarebytes are fighting a losing battle against people that hide viruses in shrunk EXE's.
The only way they were able to solve this, is to treat ALL shrunk EXE's as a virus no matter what, even if they aren't a virus.

So I really shouldn't have used BeRoEXEPacker. Thankfully, this is an easy problem to fix.

I posted some instructions earlier on how to convert the SWF to an EXE yourself.
Follow only the first two steps, and Malwarebytes should be a happy chap:

- Download Flash Player standalone from Adobe.
- Open the SWF in Flash Player, and then go "File" -> "Create Projector" (makes an EXE).

Alternatively, just use PerspectiveEditor directly in your browser, using the link I shared earlier:

Hope this clears things up. Thanks for pointing this problem out.
