Alright. Not that anon, but I agree, so let me try to elaborate and offer a little extra. The composition's very densely packed without feeling like it actually ought to be, since there's all sorts of negative space to spread into, and a major part of the piece is actually pretty far out into that space. Some of this can be attributed to it being rough and unfinished, but it would also benefit from framing, and not having one character loosely off to the side when the rest are tucked into a composition better.
Forgive the sloppy edit, but something like pic related might work well? There's certainly lots of other ways to approach it too, but as-is it looks like 2 different pieces slapped together.

I opened it in gimp and used one of the color tools. Don't remember precisely which, but there are actually a few ways to do it.
