Hey bros. Not really a draw request but I'd like some feedback.

So I collaborated with a few other artists on a prompt. You can probably guess what it was, but I decided to approach it from a magical girl perspective. So I generated a few to get some ideas in bing, and started from there. My thought was approaching it from a 80s/90s design perspective and mixing that with a classic witch design, but it came out too plain/simple in my opinion. What would you change in the design on the right to make it more appealing?
