/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

I could really use some advice/red line on this. Should I move the hand or change its size? Also, what about her shoulder/neck and such? I am using multiple references so its been a bit difficult. I'm still painting in black and white so this is a pretty crude mock up and I was just messing with to test colours and took it a bit too far... Thanks in advance!
