It is indeed a skirt-shirt combination. The skirt has overalls, hence the black on the sides

I checked some refs, you're right, idk what I was thinking there lmao. I already changed them to make more sense as a dress shirt.

In this outfit, not many, just the ones in picrel and they are all over the place, the leftmost should be the current for now.
I did my best to correct some details and make it less confusing, so thanks for pointing these out. I wonder if it looks better now.
