That's true, in a book there was a short mention of 135 degrees for eyes and nose/mouth or something. I'd have to find it if someone is curious. That makes the faces appear cute, and it's used in Japanese plush toys, etc, that's why they look so cute. Because the eyes are so close to the mouth (and huge compared to the rest) like in small kittens. When you think of it and look at the photo, moe girls have kitten proportions.
