Ok, I know it's your first painting and you got a lot to learn, so don't get overwelmed. You will get used to it.
Anyway here are som stuff I got to detect. I'm not the best artist and I didn't put a lot of efford but whatever
-The hairline, what is that? Was that on purpose?
-Diferentiate your values and highlight the main things. You did right with painting the light with white, but the arm has no business being white too. Also, It's always nice (specially on cute girls) to see clearly her face and not to mix it up with the hair. I'm talking about the value. Push the hair black or the skin white.
-I didn't do a great job on that, but the hand could have a better silhouette. Start with a solid drawing when painting dificult stuff like hands.
-The rendering of the hair is very flat and the candle doesn't seem to have an effect on it
-The candles bottom and the metalic handle should be in shadow partly since they dont get direct light
-And as a general advise: just because you got to some cute eyes doesn't mean it's good enough to finish. Plan better your drawings and always do thumbnail( even though this itself could be a thumbnail)
-Well, check the redline and try to figure what else I have changed.
