When you actually draw and learn to stylize, you'll understand. There is enough information in the nosebridge and jaw by profile view. You cannot tell the complete likeness of a person from a frontal view, not even in real life, don't be stupid.

I made and use this image to troll /pol/ in their anime threads for shits and giggles to derail the thread when they ruin a good thread, however I stand by the opposite argument which is the trolls argument that anime characters are white.

It's sort of reverse trolling, but they can't tell the difference because they don't watch anime. No it isn't true they are 'symbols', they follow logical proportions.
