I think you should study faces and what makes them appealing. I tried doing a little drawing over your sketch and the face shape is really good, you just need to nail down the expression. More details for the eyes, make the face less wide, give a focus to where she's looking at, give her a clear expression be it of embarassament or anything and adds details that convey that.
