Have you watched his about me video? He wanted to be an artist as a kid but changed his mind and focused on programming until he changed it again when he was 18-19. He still drew a little during that time and the attached pic was his "I'm going to be an artist" starting point. This pic is two years later:

The sinix you see today is someone who wanted to be an artist growing up, changed his mind in his teens, went back to art when he graduated high school and has been working hard with art for the last 14 years. He didn't "get good in 6 months." He got pretty good in 2 years and then actually good over the next couple. Work hard and you can do it too
