One of the very first things we look for is the face and how evenly proportioned the features are for example the eyes in relation to the location of the mouth or the nose; if any of these features are off or out of proportion it ruins the entire figure. Our minds automatically search for a pattern which is why we often see faces in places we don't expect such as "Jesus" on a bread toast or pancake.

In this case the brow line was too high same goes for the eyes.
