You can't lean on spears like that though. The left one would fall off and isn't actually holding shit, and the right one would need to support en entire weight with her right arm, that's not the kind of casual pose you make.
Those are poses for leaning on bar counters or other things firmly stuck in the ground.

have you tried working on the shadows a bit ? Right now it just looks like you made them by using the perspective tool on their outlines and filled it with grey. Shadows aren't uniform and usually not that sharp, they'd get blurry the further you move from the object
