The colours feel heavy and saturated. Think more about the lighting of the scene and the mood, then apply that to all the local colours to get a unified image. Like the green and red are both so strong, and they hurt the eyes a bit because they are complimentary and next to each other. They could work like that, but not with the blue you put. It's so dark and saturated! That would influence the whole scene to have a different colour cast to it.

I tried making your colours more unified and neutral. The blue is shifted in value and hue and then that colour is influencing the goblin and his clothes. Obviously this is not the only direction you can take this image, but it is one possible solution to what I see the problem as being. By the way, don't forget to have nice and dark occlusion shadows in places like his armpits and stuff, they will really help sell the forms and values.

PS: you are lucky paintover number 350! Well, technically you are closer to 400, but 350 since i started numbering them.
