not exactly sure what do you mean under stiff? Is it the pose or is it the faces or something else? Here I tried to address both.

On this I can see you didn't sue is the perspective to make the big guy look bigger and the smaller one smaller. The big guy is falling over to the left his leg should be more equally apart to support him.

The big guy's lowered arm contributes a lot to the stiffness, it feel like he is being embarrassed or unsure what the hell is going on around him.
