The things that jump to the eye are the foot being too small, and the torso a bit too big/wide. Neck in females should be thin, wide necks look masculine/muscular. Your lines look chicken scratchy, not all but most to some degree, try drawing each big simple curve in one stroke. Keep working on your observational skills anon, if you haven't already check Iten's accuracy guide. Here's a quick edit.
