Imagine you're an actual good artist. You create a nice piece of art. It took creativity, imagination, technical skill, and time. Your hard work and sweat went into making that look good. It's yours in both senses: of your mind and of your property.
Now some nigger comes along. He sees what you created. He likes it. He decides to study it. Now he's is significantly less skilled so he has to rely on what you've already put in the effort of figuring out in order to bring the copy to fruition. He finishes. He, without a doubt, owns that image that he just made. But it is not his in the first sense of the word I described: intellectually. Intellectually, it belongs to the original creator. You see someone ask for an example of his work, and he posts his copy of your drawing! You're a bit irked because although he did TECHNICALLY draw that, its not really a good representation of what his own creative mind is capable of.
Do you see what I'm getting at?
