looks pretty good. their heads proportions are a bit weird, too round and missing some of the top of their skulls.
your rendering isn't bad, compared to pro stuff it just looks unfinished. copying their workflow and applying the extra stages of rendering/polishing will help a lot.
the the mignon book is pretty good. has bonus videos too. they are on e-h.
