Gonna sound weird but I think the dick is too small.
Also I think you did a pretty good job on the hair, making it so that it flows accordingly to the surface it's laying on, but there are still a few parts like pic related that just defy gravity.
Also I don't understand how her knees are aligned, with the angle of view are you sure that's how you want them drawn? I think they would look better if the followed the alimental of the left (our left) guy's right leg.
And finally, not really a critique just a point of view, I think the scene would have a lot more impact if the right guy was holding her tighter. She is crying so I take it this is forced, but the guy looks like he's just laying his hands on her, instead of holding her.
