Skelly on a Ghost rhino.
There is not much to say about it without any more context but it is simply cool.
The attire and the equipment probably means it lives in medievial times and will ride his rhino into battle.
Why is it an undead though? Why a ghost rino? Can it summon more ghosts to ride?
This are question that can only be answered by the artist and dropping the whole lore is not something that is expected.

It's cute, and again, there is need for more lore as to why it is what it is.
The staff makes one assume she's a caster of some sort. As for the clothing who knows? It might be a reflection of a bubbly/cute personality or of whatever magic she casts.
The sandals make it seem like she's from a tribe of some sort, so putting it all together she might be some airheaded caster who does weird magic.
