agree with the other anon about the hues.
but also try try blend better, or at least use the soft round brush. big blocky brush strokes are unattractive. mixing the lineart with the painting is also bad, especially in the knees.

I know that this tip will probably be pointless because no one ever listens to this kind of thing, but: you should really study legs in depth. their muscles, landmarks, etc. that will stop you from doing those simplified parentheses knees.
