I've seen a lot of people ask, but usually most of the responses are "It's easy if you enjoy it". How am I meant to get into studying fundies and reading books related to improving like Loomis? I can barely get through three pages before it starts to feel like I'm doing homework in high school again and it's incomprehensibly grueling.

Is there a better book than pic related for drawing heads?

I remember just not getting figures until I got Hampton's book even though I'd tried Loomis, now I'm stuck on faces and wondering if there's alternative approaches

Are Loomis' other books besides Fun With a Pencil good for beginners, seems like they'd be pretty advanced judging by the covers.
