That image is fucking idiotic. You can just as easily find examples that prove the opposite, especially if you disregad the different angle of the head like in the image you posted. Obviously a woman with more manly facial features, at a strong side-view angle will have a more bumpy outline than a much younger, child-like face from a slightly tilted front view.
