The nose faces to the left more than the eyes and most notably the mouth is uneven and the chin pushes out forwards too much while the cheekbone is flat giving the face a flat impression. Also add more light on the face, the highlight spot in the eyeball indicates that the light comes from forwards so feel free to increase the light on the checks nose and forehead.

I don' t have a ref but I tried to illustrate without it and it may have totally change form your original idea.
