Look at this philosopher over here, doesn't he know that Asians seeing anime fanart with multi-stroke hair, cranked up rendering polish, excessive eye detail, overdesigned outfits, and large resolutions everywhere pressures them into catching up? Add in all 500 how to draw anime books and they know to sit the fuck down and copy what the book demands.
Meanwhile the west will purposefully find someone worse than them, feel better, then stunt their own improvement curve.
