If youre gonna draw, might as well draw what you want to draw, not what's popular these days(unless its what you like to draw).

Not counting drawing new things outside of your comfort zone, but drawing something you dont necessarily care about just because its popular is an easy way to kill your passion and enjoyment in drawing.

I'm not sure what youre into, but do the boring stuff(the studying) and reward yourself with the fun things(and attempt to incorporate your learnings from the studying into the fun stuff)

Dont give up man, it's gonna be a long road of ups and downs, pit falls and escalators no matter how you cut it.

Art race wise I'm probably not gonna make it in the long run, but it's the end of me as far as Im concerned if I give up. So I just have to keep going.
