Could something with art as good as Ramia Yana but with significantly better writing start a new golden age of shounen-esque/action/adventure focused web comics/manga with properly professional tier drawings?

Is postponing ideas for potential series I want to make but truly can't due to my poor art skills many years down the line to work on simpler stuff a good choice?

I want my "magnum opus" I've been planning for years in my mind to look amazing visually and being avoid of clear mistakes you get in beginner works.
To give you an example, Imagine something that looks as technically good or better than Ramia-Yana, but with actually good writing and a more appealing art style.

Granted I will have to grind hard for 5+ years and I have the fear that by the time I'm satisfied with my art, writing and comic making skill, I will not have a mean to publish that project online because Tapas, Webtoon and similar will probably not even exist by the time we reach the late 2020s/early 2030s, but still.
