Sup beg. I think i am getting slightly better at loomis heads. Very very slowly. Also doing whole page (20 heads) in 1 session is nightmare. I shall do just half of them. Which frankly slows me down even more but art demands sacrifices!

i wouldnt use art where i can notice errors as reference. why waste time trying to fix someones else mistakes when you can do master studies of drawers multitudes better than yourself?

it is cool to see that ancient masters drew the same exact way as we do now. you can sort of feel the same feelings they felt while drawing. it is like connection through time and space: drawer to drawer

i am doing pain with pencil and its a massive struggle with unclear instructions. maybe his other books are better but this one is tragedy
