You can always interview/ask people who were close with the artist, collaborators, vendors & friends to get the full scoop (of course professionally and with respect to their privacy).

I think as a supporter of an artist, and as pessimistic and crabby people may be, I think it's good to check up on the well being of others especially if it's someone who's work you regularly enjoy. I don't personally know the work of this artist, but he seems to have a great following.

People undergo personal hardships and leave the internet, get too busy, some get sick of the internet, disconnect and re-enter IRL, some people leave due to bigger opportunities, some people die.

Does anyone else here draw inside their head sometimes?
