Animation is a soft-spot for me. I used to be really into years and years ago. Your stuff is good, you have a good sense for timing and a good style to compliment it. I particularly liked the minimal angular strokes and how they complimented the lighting in Kobolds! piece. Your work is already very consistent so you probably don't need this but keep up the good work.
