the concept is cool but, please please please don't use this style.. Either study more stylized art or commission someone to design it for you.
In fact, if you wait enough I wouldn't doubt that an anon would make it FOR you just to avoid having that design in this world.

and personally I think you should add more patterns/stickers so it looks more like a pattern that look like eyes rather than eyes that look like a pattern. (if that makes any sense)
