Set the bar higher than someone that can't draw and has been stuck in a rut for the majority of his career.

What kind of videos would you like specifically, as theres no real secret to it. I think Marc mostly works on a locked background layer and adds a new layer as and when, theres a lot of people that use that as a process. So what kind of insight are you hoping to get from someone thats so creative that his first youtube video series was on drawing the male and female head.
