Everytime I put my pencil on paper I get a large amount of stress hit me all at once and it makes me want to stop so bad. I don't know why it happens but does anyone else have this problem?

Alright I'm going to ask a stupid question but how the fuck do I go about learning from the artbooks? I read the sticky and about how I can skip the pseudo-science and such but I'm still a bit confused. Obviously for a below amatuer "Artist" like myself, I'm on Keys to Drawing.

Again, It's a stupid question. I don't care if you guys call me a tard, I just want to get better.
