This is simply an excuse to mask your lack of knowledge - as others have said go back to the fundamentals - or at the very least study some character designs you like and go from there

Right now the character has a just genuinely weird body - like you can tell you know how to draw, but just haven't studied

It comes off lumpy and disproportionate - I'm pretty /beg/ myself, but check out the red-lines I've done - I've kept the head the same size, but I'm not sure what you are going for - is the character chubby and short? Or just big titted and otherwise normal proportions?

Keep at it though, you can tell you are interested in drawing, but it feels like this is the first time you are trying to take it seriously
