Tell me anon's, what's the correct "path" or "order" to learning how to draw.

I can copy things by looking at them okay, but anything I draw on my own from scratch is objectively inferior to anything I copy. And pretty much all I do is constantly try and replicate drawings from artists that I like. Particularly Jojo's bizarre adventure is a common one I copy from. This is all I've been doing. I can say that I've memorized certain patterns and bits of anatomy. I can draw noses okay at different angles for instance. But I don't really know how to draw or create a drawing.

I want to know the step by step process of learning how to draw, from beginner to advanced. I want to make comics in a semi-realistic style in the vein of things like dist of the north star. What's the order to learn things.

Here is an attempted copy I did a while ago, I believe I've posted it here before but here it is again.
