I finally understand what this guy was saying now.

When you draw a box with the panel tool, it makes a black square with a blue background around it, and making more squares will make more blue backgrounds, very annoying.

Also each time you make a box, it adds two whole things to the layer tab, which is VERY annoying.. Previously I was making a new box for each panel and the layers tab would quickly fill up with dozens of layers.

So the solution is to first hold ALT and click on the black square showing the preview on the layer "frame 1". This removes the blue background, you have to click the little preview image only to do this.

Now the cool thing, there's a subset beside the panel tool's tab that lets you cut frames. And now you can make boxes way faster than just drawing them individually. There are two tools here: "Divide frame border" cuts them without adding more bullshit layers, and "divide frame folder" makes new layers.

Now the question is, why would I use this instead of just the simple line tool and make my own squares? Seems like a whole lot of trouble for nothing.
