Took some advice from the last. I'm a little sad at the loss of the color illusion of the blue in the jacket looking green, but maybe i can bring it back somehow. not final, these are just mocks of where i could go with the lighting.

I love the use of the rake brush. But i think the swirls could do with more brush stabilizing? they look janky, but i do like the idea .

the struggle of every single artist is that their art doesn't look like how it is in their heads. unless you cannot see pictures in your head. Then you have nothing to compare it to. Act like the people who cannot see pictures in their minds, and draw anyways. as long as you get 30% of the way to what you saw, you're improving.
i seriously dont get whats up with this board and thinking you have to start young, like, are you afraid of your art looking like ms paint deviantart/furaffinity fetish art? So? Who CARES just get your ideas on the paper. What are your goals? Because that should be your motivator for art. Is your goal to express your ideas that you dont want to keep in your head anymore? If that's literally it, then just keep a sketchbook and draw those ideas. ????

i love your art style. I do like where you are going with the hatching following the direction of the hair too.
