Without looking too much, this is what I would consider something done in a more simple cartoony style by someone that is very good at it.

There is no complex forms, shapes, coloring, shading, poses, muscles etc. Even the hand is really simple. Simple lines all around, the most difficult part for a beginner here would be the proportions.
