I don't have the patience to explain anything in text that other's have already pointed out, so here's a half-assed gif to illustrate your problems. It's by no means a fix, you'll have to look into it yourself.

You have problem concerning basic stuff. Most notably the proportions of the human body, and simple knowledge about the joints (what they are and are not able to do).

This knowledge is easily obtainable through a search engine or your local library, and don't forget to stop by the sticky.
