I don't know enough about macs but according to rebblit amtemu v0.8.1 for mac is the same as amtemu 0.9.2 for windows and I'm pretty sure that amtemu is the same thing as UAP but it does more spoonfeeding. Both are created by PainteR.

SHA-1 hash of a file indicates whether or not the file is the same as another file. So for example if you wanted to infect people with a virus, you could inject a virus into a program but SHA-1 is like a unique file ID code, so if you modify the contents the SHA-1 also changes.

It's pretty self explanatory and once you know how to do it, it will only take 10 seconds. Most of the torrents on cgpeers are literally some person downloading all the installation files and including amtemu or UAP 2.0 with the torrent.
