Can someone redpill me on the workings of instagram, it's a fucking mystery to me. I'll see worse-than-beg-tier artists with 1k followers and good artists with twenty, I do pic related but it yields no results. Do people actually look at tags? Is everything just networking? And given the lack of a retweet/blog, what's the culture around other accounts reposting art?
