five days or so, here's what i started with.
I might be getting better because i'm practicing every little suggestion in hamtpon's book and trying to internalize it. or just beg gains.
I'm feeling that scrutinizing the forms of the head, torso and pelvis and figuring out where they lie in 3d space and their proportions is the key. And finding the longest rhythmic line from head to weight bearing foot. After I nail that I'm gonna try putting anatomy in.
