Dude you are fighting a good fight and that is great. however it feels to me that your fighting is confused. Please, look into the usage of composition and using gesture. That will help you to alleviate the stiffness you feel in your poses and the usage of background elements.

Here I tried a redraw and then some pointers one what I placed the things I did to help the composition then the gesture which isn't good I admit but I tried to make it more dynamic.
