These discussion would be better served in a more direct forum, so I'll do my best to answer them succinctly for now.
>Why do you do what you do?
Fascination with form, personal truth, and self actualization. I don't have much else.
>Why do you put in the time?
To better understand my personal truth and place in this world. And, as cliche as this sounds, it's almost like a game now, seeing how much I can learn and how far I can push myself.
>Are you happy with your current output?
Not even close. 2017 was wasted with an unreliable but brilliant creative partner on other creative projects. I now feel an inescapable urge to constantly explore the language of visual art and make up for lost time.
>What is your goal? I don't mean the one you tell everyone else.
The goal I don't tell anyone else? To find self worth. To find a reason to live. To find meaning. For the first time in a long time, I've found respite in my work, and it feels indescribable. Obfuscating reality with a better one; one that I've created.
