This happened for me but with YouTube. Started just posting some "quality" shitposts and edits that people liked, then some of the shit I made got posted around on Discord or other board here on 4chan, so I got a lot of people either from /v/ or other boards subscribing. The moment I started posting some stuff that were a bit more serious and not fully related to shitposting, bunch of them started unsubbing and calling it cringe or throwing random unfiltered chan speech in the comments.

Gonna start posting proper animations on there at some point once I get good enough at drawing, so I'm curious how that will turn out, but for now I'm not feeling too miserable about it, if anything I'm just glad the people who do enjoy whatever I might be making still stick around.
