It was an experiment in gel pen hatching.
I might try that other pic later.

This doesn't work with gel pens. You can't draw light enough.

I should either just use red, black, blue, green; or go back to colored pencil.

I can't find brown and yellow ballpoint cheap. Best I can find is a set for $16. Anyone know where you can buy bic cristal yellow and brown by the box?

I've been looking for ballpoint pens in brown and yellow and I can't find them unless you buy a whole set for one of each, and even then the reviews say they might not send all the colors.
If I have to spend $16 for one or two colors, this defeats the purpose of pen art. For that price I can buy colored pencils cheaper.
