The ratio of the distance between her brow and the bottom of her nose (A) compared to the distance between the bottom of her nose and her chin (B) is off. It should be 1:1 but you have the brow-nose distance longer (A>B), so she looks a little off. Also the middle of the lips is set a bit too low, it should be in the highest third of the nose-chin distance. Pic related
