After the lines and grey tones I duplicated the layer with everything on it, added a slight motion motion blur horizontally to the duplicated layer, then lowered the opacity of that layer to idk 20-30%. Then I added a noise layer on top. I wasn't going for any kind of realistic print feel, I just felt like my art looked kinda meh and bland on it's own so I wanted to add shit to distract from it lol
