No matter what anyone here says it is still on you to put the effort in.

Tomorrow wake up (preferably set an alarm and wake up early but just get a good nights sleep, that comes later)

DO NOT sit at your computer or do any leisure activities (ie browse 4chan on your phone) until you've completed this list:

brush your teeth, floss.
shower
dress like you're going to leave your house
healthiest breakfast you can muster (just cereal is okay)
coffee if you need it.

Now chose 1 of 3 things, in any order. Do at least 1 but ideally all 3.

1. Run any errands you need to run. Go to the grocery store and pick up food that you like to eat, or don't mind cooking, that is reasonably healthy. This is really important because eating like shit will make you feel like shit, so you need to start putting good fuel in your body. Feel free to use your computer/phone for directions

2. 10-30 minutes of exercise, stretching (yoga?), and/or meditation. Its horrible at first but just FORCE yourself to do it.

3. set a timer for 60 minutes and either do thumbnails/designs for any projects you want to do but keep putting off, or do some observational/studies on areas where you found you struggle. Do not worry if its good, this is just about getting back in the routine.

Okay now that you're done, feel free to stretch, then either keep drawing, or fuck off and enjoy your anime.

I know it probably sounds like a lot but this whole process will take maybe 3 hours out of your day (depending on errands).

You will hopefully feel proud of yourself for starting your day productively, and that coupled with the healthier breakfast + bit of exercise should help.

The biggest thing is to just stay consistent. it gets easier the more you keep at it.

If you try your best and it doesn't improve then probably call a doctor.
